Privacy policy

Data used by the service

We process your account email, sign-in identifiers and session information to authenticate you. We process uploaded photos, prompts and generation settings to create videos, and keep generation records, credit transactions and order references so you can use your account and review your activity.

Service providers

The service runs on Cloudflare. Photos and prompts are sent to the configured AI generation provider; the current video integration uses Kie. The provider may host input and result files. Payment information is handled by the checkout provider named at checkout; the primary integration is Anyway, with other supported providers available when configured. We do not collect raw payment card numbers through our own application.

Storage and retention

Account, billing and generation records are stored to operate the service and resolve account or order issues. Media availability also depends on the generation provider. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period or permanent download availability. Download results you want to keep. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained for billing, security or legal obligations.

Cookies and local storage

We use session cookies and browser storage for sign-in, account state and interface preferences. Operational logs can include requests, failures and technical details needed to maintain the service.

Your photos

Upload only media you have permission to use. Generation requires sharing that media with the AI provider. This policy does not override that provider's data handling terms. Contact us before uploading if you need a specific retention or processing commitment.

Optional photo and video sharing

The generator includes a preselected sharing option. If you leave it selected when submitting, you give Ozil AI permission to display and share that request's uploaded photo and generated video on our website and social channels to showcase the service. You retain your rights to your media and must have permission from the people depicted for this use. Uncheck the option before generating to opt out; this does not prevent generation. We save your choice with the generation record. This choice does not authorize use of earlier uploads. To withdraw permission or request removal of material we have published, email support@ozil-ai.org with the generation ID. Copies shared by others may remain outside our control.
