Terms of service

Using the tool

Ozil AI creates synthetic videos from photos and prompts. You must be an adult able to enter into an agreement, keep your account secure and use only media you own or have permission to use. The service is independent and is not affiliated with Mesut Özil, clubs, leagues or broadcasters.

Credits and payments

Generation uses account credits. The tool shows the required credits before submission. One-time packs do not renew automatically. Checkout displays the purchase amount and provider. Each additional generation is a separate request; changing a prompt does not guarantee a preferred result.

Failed tasks and refund requests

Confirmed technical failures are eligible for credit restoration through the task recovery process. If a task or balance appears incorrect, contact support with the generation ID. An output you dislike is different from a confirmed failed task. For unused pack or duplicate-payment refund requests, contact support with the order reference. Any statutory consumer rights continue to apply.

Output limits and rights

Face likeness, clothing, motion, physical accuracy, timing and a specific goal sequence are not guaranteed. Review videos before publishing. You remain responsible for rights to input media, people depicted, trademarks and any music you add. We do not grant rights to third-party identities, match footage or soundtracks.

Showcase permission

The generator includes a preselected sharing option. If you leave it selected when submitting, you give Ozil AI permission to display and share that request's uploaded photo and generated video on our website and social channels to showcase the service. You retain your rights to your media and must have permission from the people depicted for this use. Uncheck the option before generating to opt out; this does not prevent generation. We save your choice with the generation record. This choice does not authorize use of earlier uploads. To withdraw permission or request removal of material we have published, email support@ozil-ai.org with the generation ID. Copies shared by others may remain outside our control.

Acceptable use

Do not create deceptive impersonations, non-consensual depictions, unlawful material, sexual exploitation, hateful abuse or content that violates another person's rights. Do not use the service to misrepresent synthetic clips as real events. Follow the acceptable use policy and the publishing platform's AI disclosure rules. Access may be restricted for abuse or fraud.

Availability and support

Generation depends on external services and can be delayed or unavailable. Save your finished files; storage is not a permanent backup. Contact support@ozil-ai.org for account, order or rights concerns. Include the relevant reference and enough detail to investigate.
